Phenomenal Conversation #40 with Jessica Boehme
Eko-Philosophy: Rewilding the Mind for a Regenerative World

Wednesday, May 14
19.00-21.00 pm CEST

In a time of rupture, unravelling, and radical unknowns—what does it mean to think, feel, and live wisely?

Modern philosophy often stays in the head—disembodied, abstract, and inaccessible. Yet once, it was something else entirely: a way of living, rooted in presence, transformation, and embodied inquiry.

Jessica Boehme—engineer-turned-philosopher, systems thinker, and founder of the Institute for Practical ekoPhilosophy —is helping to reclaim philosophy as a daily practice of sense-making and soul-searching, grounded in both inner and collective regeneration.

What might Rewilding the Mind entail?

It’s not just thinking differently. It’s thinking with the whole body. It’s not debating—it’s inquiring together.
And it’s not escapism—it’s a humble, courageous engagement with the world as it is.

Jessica calls it Eko-philosophy:
A way of making meaning that reconnects us to our inner ecology, each other, and the more-than-human world.
This amounts to Re:Wilding the Mind for Regenerative World
